Shipping
We ship products across Canada via Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post. Free Ground Shipping on order subtotal over $150 is applicable within Canada only. Freight On Bill - will apply to heavy weighted products.
When you place an order online, the shopping cart will estimate tax & shipping for you before Checkout, shipping is based on the product(s) weight and dimensions. If for any reason the product(s) you purchase are on backorder, we will CALL & EMAIL you with your order update. Backorder items are subject to be cancelled and refunded by us, if there are extended delays.
If you have a mobile phone registered on your order we will send you a text message update for your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items* (*some products are NOT returnable see list below). Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 20% restocking fee is charged on returned products, round trip shipping is not refunded. If we made an error, or the part you receive is defective by the manufacturer we will make it right or refund your product purchase.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, click "My Account" and then "Complete Orders" then click "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Round-trip shipping is not refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, it will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
