Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, part availability is verified immediately. Due to supplier demand and inventory movement, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 10 business days of receipt. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and fully refunded. We do not hold extended or indefinite backorders.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers:
Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, or UPS.
Customers may select our Best Flat Rate Shipping or choose a preferred carrier at checkout.
Shipping Timelines

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days

Shipping times exclude weekends and statutory holidays

Orders over $99 before tax qualify for free ground shipping using our preferred carrier
If fulfillment is expected to exceed 10 business days, the order will be refunded rather than delayed.
Backorders & Availability
If a part becomes unavailable after an order is placed and cannot be sourced within 10 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
This policy allows us to maintain predictable turnaround times and reliable service for our trade customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We strongly recommend confirming part numbers and compatibility prior to ordering. Our team is available to assist with fitment questions before purchase.
All parts are inspected prior to shipping. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, please review the return policy below.
