Shipping Policy
At allsmallengineparts.ca, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to our customers. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and international shipping, as well as the Best-Way Flat Rate shipping option.
Best-Way Flat Rate shipping is offered on all items we sell and is available for orders shipped within Canada. The flat rate for your province will be displayed at checkout. This option is particularly useful for heavy shipments, as it offers a more cost-effective rate for larger or heavier items.
For most products, we offer online quotes through our shipping calculator. Please note that these quotes are approximate and may vary depending on the final destination and shipping options selected. We will do our best to provide accurate quotes, but the final shipping cost may be different.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products, including Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and Canpar. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.
At allsmallengineparts.ca, we pride ourselves on our near 0% order return rate for the last 7 years. If you have any doubts about whether a particular part will fit your machine, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will be happy to provide assistance and allow you a grace period to speak with an advisor before your order is shipped.
In the event that you need to return an item, we are happy to share the return shipping cost with you at a fraction of retail published rates. If the return is the result of our error, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please see our return policy for more details.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather-related delays or customs delays for international shipments.

Return Policy
At allsmallengineparts.ca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus round trip shipping costs. Please note that custom orders and special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, log in to your allsmallengineparts.ca account, go to the "Completed Orders" link, and select the "Return Items" link for the order you wish to return. Follow the instructions to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return with your package. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as allsmallengineparts.ca cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days, minus the cost of round trip shipping.
